Search for a Card Group

You can search for a card group based on specific search criteria. In the search results, you can view the name of the card group, the date on which the card group is terminated, and the expiration date of the card group. A card group can be available either to a single customer or to all the customers in a group.

To search for a card group:

  1. On the top menu, select Card Management and then click Maintain Card Group. The Maintain Card Group page appears.
  1. In the Card Group box, type the name of the group associated with the card issued to the customer.
  2. Enter the details, as required.
  1. Click Search. The search results appear.

For information on the fields, click

 

  • To add a new card group, click Add New.
  • To reset the search criteria you entered, click Reset.
  • To modify a specific card group details, click the relevant card group, and then click Edit.
  • To export the card group details to an Excel sheet, click the relevant card group, and then click Export to Excel. You can either access the spreadsheet to view the results immediately, or save it on your local drive to view the results later.
